WHO WE ARE

 

100% Hay is a market garden situated on a 14 acre smallholding on the banks of the river Wye on the outskirts of the town of
Hay-on-Wye.  We grow fresh fruit and vegetables which we sell locally at markets and to restaurants. We also produce a range of preserved and fermented products.

 

We have over 20 years experience in growing. Our cultivation techniques involve minimum fossil fuel inputs, very little farm machinery with light cultivation to the soil.

 

We use no artificial pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers and farm with simple organic methods.
